Approval before sending

Any action outside your business, like sending an email or publishing a page, waits for your approval. For an email, the approval covers the exact version you reviewed.
Spending limits for each agent

You set in your settings what each agent can spend. Beyond that, it asks you.
Permissions you can withdraw

Permissions given once and for all are listed in your settings, with a “Withdraw” button.

Your access

Separate access for each agent

A permission applies to one agent and one specific tool. What you open to Pam is not open to Jade.
Your Google connections protected

Your Google access tokens are encrypted. Extra asks to read and send your emails, and to read and manage your events, nothing more. You can withdraw this access from your Google account.

A log of every action

In the app, the full history of your agents: which tool, which action, when.
Results with sources

Every result shows the sources it relies on: an email, a file, a page.
Agents that say they are AI

Your agents always introduce themselves as AI, to you and to your customers, in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
